Innova has been a supplier of innovative, in-house developed solutions, for rolling stock passive protection since 2005. Initially founded as an R&D and testing company, in the area of impact protection devices for railway vehicles, such as buffers and drawgears, it has, soon after, launched its first generation of EN15551 and TSI certified products on the international market.

Continuous investments in manufacturing and research allowed us to become, today, one of the leading European manufacturers of buffers, crash elements and anti-climbing devices for freight & passenger cars, locomotives and light rail vehicles. Our products are so far present in > 25 countries, spread over 3 continents.

An important milestone for our development had been reached in 2020, when Innova joined forces with Miras Group , whose involvement accelerated the scaling of Innova’s production capacity. Celebrating 20 years of activity in 2025 we aim for further growth and development. Stay tunned tuned for more…
