Arad, ROMANIA – INNOVA Systems & Technologies (“INNOVA Sisteme si Tehnologii SRL“), a developer and innovator in railway shock absorbing solutions, today announced that it will cease the Azoma (“Azoma SA“) license to manufacture and sell INNOVA Systems & Technologies products, as of January 31 2013.
Azoma customers of products sold under INNOVA licenses should not see any difference in their service or support. INNOVA will work closely with Azoma to provide the best possible customer service to any remaining customers or to future customers purchasing products from Azoma’s existing inventory.
INNOVA Systems & Technologies is also announcing that no entity is currently licensed to manufacture and/or sell products based on INNOVA’s patents and projects.
